About PagarBook:

PagarBook Aims To Build A Human Capital Platform For Indian SMEs.

At PagarBook, I worked as HR Executive, directly reported to founders', built and spearheaded the HR, Admin and finance functions. I joined them at an early stage and scaled the team to ~650+ employees.

My key responsibilities include:

1. Talent Management - (Recruitment and entire employee life cycle management) Built the initial sales
and customer support function and scaled it to 250+ employees over one quarter. Directly worked with
the co-founders and leadership. Handled a team of 10 HR's and admin.

2. Compensation & Benefits - Handled payroll for 650+ employees with 3P vendors, introduced Flexi
Benefits Plan for tax savings.

3. Performance Management : Performance Evaluation & Assessments (set up evaluations and
assessments for different functions in the org)

4. Org Change & development ( Org Culture, HR automations)

5. Setting up HR Policies & Procedures, letters from scratch for start-ups

  1. Employee Engagement (Maintained the employee happiness quotient above 60% throughout)

    My Ad-hoc projects include vendor management, social media management, employer branding and
    sales.
