About Flam: At Flam, we are making the real world interactive. We believe that the future of physical and digital content is immersive. With our proprietary image recognition, AI mocap, and avatar tech, we are democratizing 3D AR content creation and camera-first consumption at scale.
At Flam, I lead the HR and Admin function, part of the Leadership team at Flam.
My key responsibilities include:
-Talent Management : Recruitment and entire employee life cycle management including On-boarding & Off-boarding
Built a team of 60+ with 25 Engineers and 20 Design folks, including marketing and sales roles.
Increased the retention percentage to ~90% and Referrals to ~22%, reduced the hiring cost by 80% in the first quarter.
-Performance Management (Set up performance evaluation metrics & assessments for the entire org)
-Organisational Development (Org culture change, OKR implementation & adoption,Succession Planning, Leadership Development)
Successfully implemented Org level and team level OKRs, increased the OKR awareness and adoption to 100% within 6 months.
-Setting up HR Policies & Procedures, letters from scratch for start-ups
-Compensation and Benefits (Processing payroll, Introduced Flexi Benefit Plan for Tax savings)
-Employee Engagement (Increased the employee happiness quotient from 20% to 80% over 3 months)
-Handling Employee Relations and Training and Development.
My Ad-hoc projects include handing HRIS, office finances, labor relations,
office administration, vendor management, online and offline community management, change
management and product support.
